Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes! ToU also makes sure that the type of product you are given is similar to the images in our websites. We capture pictures of our products using high resolution to support the presentation of design, color and details of the products. Yet some variations may be present as a result of the screen settings or lighting.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You can view your sales receipt by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our website.
  2. Navigate to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section.
  3. Click on the specific order for which you want to view the receipt.
  4. Your sales receipt, including details of the items purchased, prices, and shipping information, will be available for download or viewing.
How can I return an item?

Return Policy Overview:

  • Eligibility: You can return most items within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Some products, such as sale items, intimate wear, or customized products, may not be eligible for return.

Steps to Return an Item:

  1. Log In to Your Account

    • Go to "My Orders" or "Order History" section.

  2. Select the Order

    • Choose the item(s) you want to return and click "Return Item".
  3. Fill Out the Return Form

    • Provide a reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, damaged, etc.).
  4. Return Shipping

    • We will send you a return shipping label (for eligible returns). Please pack the items securely, using the original packaging if possible, and attach the label.
  5. Return Confirmation

    • Once we receive your return, you’ll get a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed according to the payment method you used.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we do replenish many of our goods that have the sign of being "out of stock", however, the availability is subject to the supplier and the demand of the products. In order to be updated:

  1. Sign Up for Notifications: When a product is unavailable, it is normally possible to be notified about restocking of the product through a sign-up box on the product page. When it comes back you will be notified!

Where can I ship my order?

You are able to send your order to any address desired! All you have to do is follow this procedure through check out:

  1. Enter Your Shipping Address

    • Select the desired delivery destination that may be your place of residence or where you work or a destination address where a gift is to be delivered.

  2. Select Shipping Method

    • Select a shipping mode (standard, expedited, etc.) depending on the availability and your place.
  3. Review & Confirm

    • Review the shipping address twice and make sure it is correct before making an order.

In case you are ordering internationally or require entering a different street address (e.g. P.O. Box), please make sure it is accepted by our shipping carriers.
